We take pride in delivering quality, meaningful designs — and we stand behind the craftsmanship of every item. While we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind, we will always strive to make it right if your order arrives damaged or defective.


✅ What qualifies as “defective”?

A product may be considered defective if:

  • It arrives with obvious damage (ripped, stained, misprinted)
  • The wrong item or size was sent
  • The print is significantly off-center or incorrect

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@uprise-designs.com. Include:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem

⚠️ What doesn’t qualify?

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please consult our size guides before purchasing)
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Customer error in address or order details
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences or fabric type
