Welcome to Uprise Designs. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or engaging with any content on uprise-designs.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of This Site
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of our Site or services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).
2. Product Availability & Accuracy
All products are made to order and subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or make changes to designs and pricing at any time without notice.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site are free of errors. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel or refuse any order placed in reliance on such errors.
3. Order Acceptance & Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns on non-defective items, as each product is custom-made to order.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. To initiate a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@uprise-designs.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We reserve the right to deny a replacement if the damage is due to misuse, accident, or delay in reporting.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Uprise Designs is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address entry at checkout.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including images, product designs, logos, text, and artwork — is the property of Uprise Designs and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use any content without express written permission from Uprise Designs.
7. User-Submitted Content
If you submit photos, reviews, or other content to us (e.g., tagging us on social media), you grant Uprise Designs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Privacy
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy.
9. Limitation of Liability

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, lost data, or other intangible losses.
